Back in 2006, before a basic version of Dundas‘ excellent and awesome charting library became part of dot net, I wrote a charting library. That charting library I called “jChart” as in “Jlion Charting”. It turns out that there is a java library of the same name that is more robust and better supported, so I apologize over any of the confusion that the naming conflict caused. This library isn’t that one.

I had fun working on it, and used it in a number of small scale web sites and projects that I worked on, where budgets didn’t allow for Dundas or other commercial alternatives.

The source code is now on codeplex, at jchart.codeplex.com/ and I’ve written some documentation, which is at www.jlion.com/docs/jChart.aspx, along with examples.
